Features and applications:

EM12K-VD is a submerged arc welding wire. It can be copper-plated or unplated. It is used for semi-automatic or automatic (robotic) welding machines. The welds have deep penetration and a smooth finish.
Suitable for welding low-carbon steel with loads up to 490 MPa, such as: fabricating beams, crane structures, etc. Suitable for welding straight lines, circles, etc.
Suitable for soldering with SJ501T flux or equivalent…
Welding productivity is higher than other welding methods.

Instructions for use:

Clean off oil, grease, dust, and dirt before welding.
The weld edges are processed according to specifications.
Choose the appropriate welding current and voltage to avoid defects.
If the solder paste is damp, it must be dried before soldering.
