On the morning of March 29, 2026, in Hanoi, amidst a vibrant atmosphere of emulation and a determined spirit to successfully achieve socio-economic goals, the Trade Union of Viet Duc Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company (JSC) organized the 2026 Employees' Representative Conference. The event aimed to evaluate the operational results of 2025 and determine the strategic directions and tasks for the new development phase.
The Conference was honored by the presence of Comrade Nguyen Huy Thong – Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union; Comrade Hoang Xuan Thanh – Secretary of the Party Committee; Comrade Nguyen Huy Tien – General Director of the Company; Comrade Nguyen Hong Quang – Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union; along with more than 100 delegates representing over 200 employees of the Company.
In 2025, under the close and decisive leadership of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Board of Management, Viet Duc Welding Electrode JSC steadfastly overcame numerous challenges, excellently fulfilling the missions entrusted by the General Meeting of Shareholders. Despite complex global market fluctuations, the company recorded robust business growth, ensured core production targets, invested in modernizing production lines, solidified its domestic position, and gradually expanded its export reach to international markets. Furthermore, the company fully implemented all regimes and policies, ensuring the welfare of its employees.
Entering 2026 with a proactive mindset for a new phase of growth, the Conference officially launched an emulation movement under the theme: “Setting Sail – Reaching Further – Breaking Through,” featuring specific strategic objectives to accelerate in the new era.
The entire collective is determined to exceed planned targets; synchronously implement modern management measures to enhance operational efficiency; and launch technical initiative movements to optimize productivity. The company will also focus on updating market trends to build flexible business mechanisms while maintaining a safe and civilized working environment, particularly through labor protection efforts and the “Green – Clean – Beautiful” movement. Active steps will be taken to build a corporate culture where every employee becomes an “ambassador,” spreading the company’s core values to partners and the community.
In a formal and inspiring atmosphere, the Conference reserved its most prestigious moments to honor individuals and collectives with outstanding achievements over the past year. Awards were also presented for the March 8th flower arrangement contest themed “The Gentle Beauty of Women” and the online photo contest “The Beauty of Welding Workers”. These activities reaffirm that the enterprise consistently regards its personnel as its most precious asset and the solid foundation for its sustainable journey.
Embodying the spirit of “Setting Sail – Reaching Further – Breaking Through,” the Conference concluded with a symbolic “Setting Sail” ceremony. The leadership team and representatives from the production and technical departments jointly performed the ritual of launching the ship from the dock. This ritual marked the official entry of the “Viet Duc Ship” into a new voyage with a fresh mindset. The entire staff, union members, and workers are united and committed to excellently fulfilling all assigned tasks, propelling the Viet Duc brand to reach further in both domestic and international markets.
