On 22 April 2026 in Hanoi, Viet Duc Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company formally held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting provided an important opportunity to review the Company’s production and business performance in 2025 and establish a sustainable development strategy for the next phase.
The meeting was chaired by Mr Ngo Duy Dong, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Other attendees included Mr Nguyen Huy Tien, Company Director; Mr Nguyen Quoc Thanh, Deputy Director of Production; Mr Hoang Xuan Thanh, Chief Accountant; together with 69 shareholders and authorised representatives. Their participation demonstrated the close attention investors continue to give to the Company’s development roadmap.

According to the reports presented at the meeting, although the economic environment in 2025 was marked by considerable uncertainty, Viet Duc overcame these challenges through the solidarity of its workforce and the responsive direction of the Board of Directors. As a result, the Company met or exceeded its planned business targets.
In addition to its positive financial results, the Company actively upgraded its machinery and modern equipment to better support employees in their daily work, while also repairing and improving its factory facilities. These efforts contributed to higher productivity and reinforced Viet Duc’s commitment to sustainable, sophisticated and high-standard manufacturing practices.
Looking ahead to 2026, the Management Board noted that the market would continue to face challenges due to supply exceeding demand and increasingly intense competition. Determined to maintain and expand its market presence across more than 20 countries, the Company’s management and employees are committed to building on previous achievements and focusing on three key objectives: Productivity – Quality – Cost Efficiency.
To implement the 2026 business plan, the meeting approved several priority measures, including proactively maintaining sufficient raw-material reserves; accelerating technological improvements to enhance product quality; investing in and renovating factory facilities and equipment towards greater modernisation and automation; improving employees’ professional skills, discipline and occupational safety awareness; and continuing to strengthen the Company’s domestic position while expanding its international market share.
The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders concluded successfully, with unanimous approval of the 2025 performance reports and the Company’s strategy for 2026. This confidence provides a solid foundation for Viet Duc Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company to further strengthen its position as a leading enterprise, progressively fulfil its assigned objectives and deliver sustainable value to customers and society.
