Features and applications:

VD.308-16 is a stainless steel welding rod with a titanium lime flux coating. The slag is easily removed, easy to clean, has minimal spatter, and is easy to arc-ignite. The weld bead is beautiful and smooth.
Suitable for welding stainless steel such as grade 304 and other stainless steel grades with 18~21% chromium and 9~11% nickel content. The product is widely used in the chemical industry, food industry, medical equipment and instruments, civil engineering, etc.
Repair welding of high-carbon steels where other welding rods have caused cracks.

Instructions for use:

Clean off oil, grease, and dirt before welding.
Preheat welding rods to 300-360 ^° C for 30-60 minutes before welding.
The weld edges are processed according to specifications.
Choose the appropriate welding current to avoid defects.
Use AC or DC power source (+).
