VIET DUC PARTICIPATES IN EMO HANNOVER, THE WORLD'S LARGEST EXHIBITION

Viet Duc Electric Welding Rod Joint Stock Company participated in the world's largest trade exhibition on manufacturing technology – EMO Hannover 2025, held from September 22nd to 26th, 2025 in Hannover, Germany. This year's exhibition featured over 1,600 exhibitors from 45 countries and territories. With the theme "Innovate Manufacturing," EMO Hannover 2025 attracted 80,000 trade visitors from around the world.

By participating in EMO Hannover, Viet Duc Electric Welding Rod Joint Stock Company, with its equipment and technology from Germany and Italy, has had the opportunity to promote its welding rods and wires, as well as connect directly with leading businesses from Germany and the European Union since 1967.

 

Mr. Peter Eisenschmidt – Senior Director of International Relations at the Hannover Impuls Economic Development Agency – was impressed by the 58-year history of Viet Duc.

At the Viet Duc booth, Mr. Peter Eisenschmidt, Senior Director of International Relations at the Hannover Impuls Economic Development Agency, was very impressed and surprised to learn that 58 years ago, in 1967, the Government of the German Democratic Republic funded the Vietnamese government with all the equipment and technology for producing welding rods for the Viet Duc Electric Welding Rod Factory. At that time, Viet Duc was the first welding rod factory in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
